- 1/2 spanish onion, diced
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 pkg. fresh basil, chiffonade cut
- Sea Salt
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- french bread, sliced & toasted (rub slices of french bread with galic cloves prior to toasting)
Toss onion, tomato and basil with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush toasted bread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Top french bread slices with mozzarella mixture. Drizzle with balamic glaze.
