Antipasta Plate

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Rio Briati fresh Ciliegini, drained
- 1/4 cup Rio Briati Olive Tapenade
- 2.5 oz Rio Briati Parmesan, shaved or sliced thin
- 5 oz sliced proscuitto
- 5 oz sliced salami
- 8 oz Rio Briati Mozzarella with Capicola, sliced thin
- 6 oz peppedews (we recommend Kryssos Olive Co.)
- 6 oz roasted red tomotoes (we recommend Kryssos Olive Co.)
Method:
Select your favorite servering tray, slate or cutting board. Assemble Antipasta plate with ingredients.
